Other people are obviously having the same issue I'm having and we'd like to know you're actively working on a solution. Even if you don't have a fix yet, saying you have done the research to see what MY problem is would be very helpful. I'll give Ubisoft credit where it's due, they have been responding to my case quickly and multiple times a day with new ideas, but I still waiting for someone to say they looked at MY crash report or MY dxdiag and can see what the conflict is.

Stop making excuses and fix the game, pointing the finger at other people when your product doesn't work isn't helpful and it doesn't make you look good, just fix the compatibility issues. But since they brought it up, can we talk about the fact that having this long list of commonly used software interfere with Ubisoft games is an issue in of itself? These aren't random uncommon pieces of software, if a game crashes because Fraps, Teamspeak, Discord, or Steam is installed on the same PC, the issue is with the game.

I've already told them that I created a second Windows 10 install on a different SSD in which I have only ever installed Uplay, Anno1800, and the bare minimum drivers to run my PC hardware, so this clearly isn't my issue.

I'm being told to make sure I disable all the software in a long list of software (added below) that is known to conflict with Anno 1800. In the case I opened with Ubisoft I've now received 5 messages from 4 different people, and I'm starting to feel like they aren't even reading the full message history.
